Our story
We believe that everyone in the world should have access to the right talent and should not be limited by how good they are at using certain tools. We were frustrated that all recruiters and hiring managers were still reliant on extremely manual, time consuming processes on primarily one platform only: LinkedIn. With the entrance of new AI technologies, we saw a big opportunity to change this. That's why we built a completely autonomous AI recruitment assistant who can find the best talent through 1 billion profiles online and reach them on autopilot. Her name is Uwi, and she already helps tens of thousands of recruiters worldwide to find and reach the right talent, on complete autopilot.
